A New Zealander by birth, Justin graduated with degrees in psychology and law before moving to Sydney in 2001, where he started his career and a family.  Relocating to the Canberra region in late 2014, the Raine family were early residents of the growing Googong community, where Justin can often be seen walking his beloved dog.  Away from the law, Justin enjoys graduate study in history, (very) amateur woodworking, and pondering irreverent plotlines for the legal comedy-drama novel he will probably never get around to writing.
